The Salvation Army is hiring an Administration Assistant to support the daily operations of Founders House, one of the UK’s largest Lifehouses providing supported accommodation for up to 123 single men experiencing homelessness. What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities & Admin Coordinator
- Assist with building maintenance scheduling and room readiness
- Process invoices and support budgeting activities
- Maintain compliance records and certification tracking
- Support purchasing, health & safety, and performance reporting
- Answer phones, manage correspondence, and assist with general admin
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- A commitment to The Salvation Army’s values and mission
