Location: 75 Church Road, Cheadle SK8 4EY
Salary: £12.88 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: 8AM – 8PM, rolling rota (3 shifts on, 3 shifts off)
Additional Hours: Overtime available

Your Role as a Care Assistant

You’ll provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, treating them like family. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Supporting residents with personal care tasks, including dressing, bathing, and meal assistance
Encouraging independence while offering compassionate support
Ensuring residents feel safe, valued, and comfortable in their living environment
Communicating effectively with team members and families to create a supportive community
Upholding the highest standards of care, ensuring dignity and respect in everything you do
