- Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday, 8 AM – 8 PM
- Salary: £24,500/year + monthly sales bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer queries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible
- Build rapport and tailor support to individual customer needs
- Use your service skills to deliver a seamless, reassuring experience
