Position Overview

• Role: Female Home Care Assistant
• Location: Twickenham & Richmond
• Job Type: Full-Time (32-hour contract with optional overtime)
• Salary: From £12 per hour
• Visa Sponsorship: Skilled Worker sponsorship for transfers or switches only

Key Responsibilities

As a home care assistant, your duties will include:

• Providing personal care, including assisting with washing, dressing, and medication administration.
• Encouraging clients to make the most out of their day.
• Preparing meals and performing housekeeping tasks.
• Assisting clients with shopping, appointments, and outings.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.

Candidate Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must:

• Have 35 years of experience as a care assistant.
• Be available for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends to fulfill contracted hours.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to your own car.
• Be fluent in English (test evidence required).
• Possess a genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
• Undergo police clearance checks.
• Reside near Twickenham & Richmond or be willing to travel.
