• Salary: £23,000 £26,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

As a healthcare assistant, you will:

• Provide person-centered care to clients, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Promote clients' independence by assisting with daily routines in accordance with their care plans.
• Maintain positive communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Keep accurate care records using IT systems.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, enhancing clients' quality of life.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Residence in, or willingness to work in, the Brighton & Worthing area.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a car.
• Willingness to start in domiciliary care with an interest in transitioning to livein care roles.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• A passion for providing high-quality care with empathy and reliability.
• A clean DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home care or a care home setting (desirable but not required).
• Familiarity with creating and following care plans is advantageous.
• Female caregivers are preferred for this role.

Important Note

Visa sponsorship is unavailable for applicants outside the UK. However, candidates already in the UK with a valid visa that permits switching to a Health and Care Worker visa may be considered.
