Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Client Services Representative to provide exceptional support to clients through timely and professional communication, problem resolution, and service coordination—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via inbound and outbound communication
- Identify and resolve customer needs with empathy and professionalism
- Follow compliance procedures and internal guidelines
- Accurately document all interactions in the agent ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members and internal service partners
- Stay updated on policy changes and complete training requirements
- Assist with additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma (required), Associate’s Degree (preferred)
- Experience:
- 1+ year in a high-volume customer service or support role
- Familiarity with health insurance terms is a plus
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
